As someone who lives here, I’ve seen several people arrive after booking through an app and get scammed. The ad is misleading: Kos Raja isn’t daily accommodation. It’s a women-only boarding house, and it’s always full.

The website still showed the place, but when I arrived, there was no homestay there, just a girls’ boarding house. I’d already paid and didn’t get a refund. This is fraud.
