The room was awful. My parents were told checkout was at 12, but at 11.30 staff made them leave and said checkout was actually at 11.

I needed to rest, but couldn't because the AC wasn't cold. I'd checked several times that they would move me to another room, yet after waiting, nobody moved me, so I eventually had to leave. Anyone thinking of staying overnight should think twice.

There was no elevator, just stairs, and no toiletries were provided. The bathroom door was transparent too. Then, when I arrived to check in at midnight, the receptionist said I had no booking, even though I'd booked through Traveloka. Poor service. I hope they improve it.

I’d like to book a room, but I don’t know who to reach. The phone number on Google is incorrect. Please list a contact person people can actually get in touch with.

The view is pretty nice for a guesthouse in PKU, and Wisma Ion is otherwise very good for a guesthouse. My letdown was the laundry: the sheets, blankets, and pillowcases seemed unwashed. The pillowcases smelled like saliva when I went to bed 🤢, and there were yellow and dark stains on the blankets.
