The room felt homey, but don’t expect much in the way of amenities. They didn’t even have tea in the room. Breakfast was a mess. The poached egg I ordered tasted strange, and the sauce at the noodle station seemed artificial. We could barely eat. The receptionist was the one bright spot, very warm and welcoming.

Dinda and Riana were especially friendly and made me feel welcome, and the rest of the staff were warm and helpful throughout my stay. Tijili Hotel Seminyak has a colorful, modern design with lots of character that put me in a holiday mood right away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with the essentials for a relaxing visit. The location is convenient for a short walk to the beach, cafés, and shops, but still peaceful enough to unwind. Breakfast had a good selection and tasted great, and the pool area was a nice place to relax in the sun. I had a great stay and would happily return.

I’ve been back six or seven times and have sent lots of friends here. They love it too. The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the location is great. See you next year!

Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, it’s a great spot to visit for a swim and happy hour. The staff are so lovely that they’re reason enough for me to come back. And the long islands in Seminyak are the best!

It’s a different kind of hotel from what I’m used to, but it’s clean, tidy, and respectable. I’d call it a budget place for people who like to get out and explore. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful I’ve met, and nothing seems like too much trouble. Wijaya and Erian have been especially kind to us. I wish I could name everyone, but I don’t know all the staff members. I’ve enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it for a visit to Semniyak.
