I was really unhappy with this stay and wish I hadn’t gone. The service was bad, and the staff had a very poor attitude. They acted like they didn’t want us there. They also charged an extra fee for visitors. I couldn’t lock the room, and there wasn’t anywhere to charge a device. They wouldn’t take a transfer, debit card, MasterCard, or even QRs. They also refused to accept any identity document, saying they needed the original paper ID. I felt like I was applying for a new visa. They need to change the staff there.
