The location is pretty good, with coffee places nearby, and it's easy to get around. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning works well, but there is currently no WiFi anywhere in the hotel, which is a mild hassle for tourists. The outlets are positioned so none of them reach the bed properly. There are lots of people smoking around, so ask for a non-smoking room if you need one.

The hotel is new and sits in a residential area, so it's quiet. But I booked through agoda and was charged the walk-in rate when I arrived. I don't understand why, since I'd never had to pay a walk-in rate after an agoda booking before. The receptionist printed my agoda voucher, which showed 237K IDR, but I paid 290K.

It was noisy, with loud music, and the place felt like a karaoke spot or restaurant instead of somewhere to rest. The booking also didn't match the amenities listed before I booked. The room smelled even worse when I went in. Disappointing, and I won't come back. Not recommended.

The receptionist was kind, friendly, and really helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable, clearly looked after well. The bathroom was clean too, the bed was soft, and the blanket and towels smelled lovely. Definitely recommended.
