Villa #3 Teratai gave us privacy, full service, a great swimming pool, and the beach close by. The food was good, and the staff were lovely people who provided excellent service. The villas were clean, but dated, with a leaking sink, dripping taps and shower, a broken toilet seat, and a sewage smell in the bathroom. There is a mosque next door, so expect to wake up at 05:00 every day. There was also a lot of live music nearby in the evenings. The location itself is really great.

Our two-bedroom villa (2a& 2b) looked out to sea and had everything we wanted: a private pool, full kitchen, bale, and lounges. The staff were polite and nothing was a problem. The four of us had a perfect two-day holiday. It felt like we were in heaven.

I had the best time by our private pool, and I highly recommend the SPA services. We had a wonderful stay in the villa, with great garden areas and exceptional service from all the staff. My husband went snorkeling every day and loved the beautiful underwater world.

The breakfast was a la carte, with three choices. There weren't many options, but everything was delicious. The villas were amazing, with a pool and kitchen corner, and the garden was well maintained. The staff were friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. Amertha Bali Villas is right by the beach, just a few steps away, with a coral reef in front. We spent five days there and would definitely choose Amertha again when we return to Pumeteran.

We were treated like royalty by everyone on staff, and the gardens were exceptionally well groomed. We had a fantastic three days, though next time we'll stay ten and not move. Keep it up, whole team.
