From the street, it looks like a fancy hotel, but it’s really a guesthouse. Even in the superior room, the sheets hadn’t been changed and smelled musty, like mites.

They never explained upfront that check-in was only for 12 hours. Then someone came to my room and said my time was up, even though it was still 8 am. Everywhere else I’ve stayed, checkout was before 12. Oh my.

I asked for a blanket and got no reply. Chat responses were slow and indifferent, and the service was bad. If you can’t be patient with customers’ questions, don’t work in a hotel, bro.

My friend left his phone behind and it was gone when he returned just five minutes later. We asked them to check the CCTV, but they stayed silent. The service was incomplete, and the receptionist couldn’t say anything when asked to take responsibility. They also wouldn’t say who had cleaned the room.

The ceiling was moldy, and the room wasn’t clean.
