MASMARA Resort Canggu

Masmara felt like a real find for the price. My friend and I had already paid for another resort, but it didn't meet our expectations, so we searched at the last minute and were grateful to find this place. Canggu is busy, but Masmara is near the beach at a quieter end of town, with good cafés and restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and felt five-star. They had robes, slippers, smart TVs, nice bathroom products, free mozzie spray, bottled water, and immaculate daily cleaning. WhatsApp and room service were quick and responsive. The pool area was peaceful, and the restaurant food was outstanding, with professional, friendly, attentive staff. Yuliana, Mangde and Pandy at reception were especially warm and attentive. A maintenance staff member even fixed my broken suitcase handle. We were so happy to have found this little gem. Highly recommend!

Mengde at reception was friendly and helpful, and the welcome and service were great. The hotel sits in a lovely Balinese garden, has just a few large rooms, and ours opened directly onto a nice terrace. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and drinking water was available. Breakfast was fresh and made with good products, ordered à la carte. The area felt safe and had plenty of digital nomads living nearby. Pererenan Beach is just a 3-minute walk away, and from there you can walk along the coast to other southern beaches. There are a few good restaurants five minutes away, including 7AM and Zali, which I'd recommend for fine food. Bikes are available, and there's a surfboard park. It's in one of Canggu's quieter, greener areas. The Wi-Fi was a bit weak in the room but worked fine in the restaurant. I'll definitely come back 🙂

The staff were quick, polite, and very helpful, which made me feel appreciated. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely styled, with a warm modern interior, soft bed, and spotless bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully presented, and the well-kept pool was a lovely place to relax in the sea breeze. Masmara Resort is about 100 meters from Pererenan Beach, an easy walk for sunset and ocean air. The resort has a coastal feel, especially with the ocean view, and the peaceful setting made for a satisfying staycation. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's a quiet spot close to everything, and the pool is amazing. I spent the week hiding out here and found the place super clean. The staff were attentive, greeted me as I passed, and were always available when I had questions. Highly recommend!
