Hotel Q Qubu Resort

We spent 3 days 2 nights on vacation with my family at Qubu Resort Hotel 🏨 in Kubu Raya Kalimantan Barat. The service was really nice, and our room was very clean and big. Lunch 🍝🥗🍱 was delicious too 😋, and entry to Paradis Q waterpark was free. Really worth it. Check-in Now

The hall has become popular for weddings, meetings, and smaller parties, and it works well for those events. The place feels cozy and friendly, with good management. There’s also a small Olympic-size pool, and the wave pool runs for a limited time starting at 16:30. Food is average, though the portions are good. It’s a cool place for Pontianak, since there isn’t another one like it. They close at 18:00. Keep up the hard work, and I liked the October 2018 Monday promotion.

The service was a mess when I visited at 11 am. My chicken noodle order arrived as noodles and broth, with no chicken, and the wait took too long. Several dim sum items weren’t available, even though I came in the morning hoping to order them. Some of the waitresses were unfriendly, and orders seemed to get missed because there wasn’t a good system. The dim sum I did get was just okay, neither awful nor tasty. I left really disappointed. The big brand may be bringing people in, but management still needs a lot of work.

I brought my 2 y.o. baby, but they wouldn’t let me take his drinking bottle inside. Nobody explained why it wasn’t allowed, and the terms and conditions don’t make sense. The place itself is good.
