At least the location is good, right in the city center on busy Gajahmada street. I was there for two nights with two friends, in room 3xx on the third floor. There’s no lift. Our first room had a broken AC, so they moved us. Then the water stopped while I was bathing that evening. I called room service, and someone switched on the pump outside. The same thing happened the next morning. We also had an unexpected knock from a black taxi driver offering us a ride. Reception had given him my room number. Then at checkout I was asked to pay extra because the room booked through Tokopedia wasn't the room they gave us. The room I paid for there was too small for an extra bed, but nobody mentioned an upgrade when we checked in.

I love this hotel. It's cheap and clean, right in the city center. There’s an Indomart nearby, lots of cafes at night, and traditional food around in the morning.
