Good value for the money, with a pleasant atmosphere and convenient location. The receptionist could be more welcoming, though, and there was mould in the bathroom in room 346.

We stayed from 25 - 27 June 2023. At check-in the receptionist welcomed us very well, and our room was quite nice. The water, though, never got properly hot for me, just warm. When the room cleaning staff came on 26 June, they spoke to me in a way I found disrespectful. I've stayed at many three, four, and five-star hotels in Indonesia, and this was my first bad service experience with hotel cleaning staff. I hope the hotel improves its service. Breakfast on our last day was mixed: the sausage and mackarel tuna tasted good, while the rest was normal.

My husband and I booked through the Agoda app, and our voucher specifically showed a large bed. After a long flight, we arrived exhausted and were given two twin beds instead. The receptionist rudely dismissed the voucher and asked for another 100.000 for a larger bed. We felt like the hotel was a trap or scam, but we reluctantly paid because we were tired. Then the room was far from livable: water dripped from the ceiling, and we found numerous mites and bed bugs crawling on the bed. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. I urge anyone reading this to steer clear of this hotel.

This was my fourth stay here, and the quick check-in, strategic location, and warm, helpful staff are still positives. But the rooms really need an interior renovation. I was first given room 905, where black fungus covered much of the bathroom ceiling and made me very uncomfortable. After I complained, reception moved me to a better room on the same floor. The ninth-floor corridor wallpaper is peeling in many places and needs replacing. The button for the G floor in the left elevator was broken, with temporary tape over it. I hope management improves the condition of the hotel.
