The bathroom is a major problem: it faces the bedroom, has no door that can be closed, and smells strongly, with black and yellow stains. The room itself isn't fit for lodging, and the photos on Google are all fake. While I was staying there, I was told I couldn't have the sheets changed every day. Worse, I had booked and moved rooms, but then my room was taken away because, they said, a regular customer wanted to rent it, even though I had been first. The owner just throws people out and shows no respect for customers. There doesn't seem to be any hotel standard operating procedure at all. I've never had another OYO like this. If you're traveling to Pontianak, don't stay here, you'll regret it. They should just close this OYO.

The owner shows no respect for customers and just throws people out. I booked and moved rooms, but then my room was taken back on the grounds that a regular customer would rent it, even though I'd been the first to rent it. I was also told I couldn't have the sheets changed every day. The room isn't suitable for a stay, and the toilet faces the bedroom with no door to close it. The toilet smells bad and has black and yellow stains. There's no standard operating procedure at this hotel. I've never found another OYO like it. Please just close this OYO. If you're going to Pontianak, don't stay here or you'll regret it.
