We were told to leave before checkout time. There were no towels, drinking water was limited, and both the room and bathroom felt cramped. The bathroom had a dipper and bucket. Service and facilities were bad, so I really wouldn’t recommend staying here. I wanted a quiet rest and ended up annoyed instead.

I needed to book in an emergency, but they turned me away and wouldn’t let me stay. The staff issue was the reason, though we didn’t argue about it; the employees still insisted I couldn’t check in at SANY KOST🙏🙏🙏. Really disappointing, and I feel sorry for the owners’ income. Thanks for the criticism and suggestions.

The location is handy, easy to find and close to food, and the room was fairly spacious and decent. But I booked on Traveloka for 182,000, then on arrival was charged another 130,000 to upgrade to deluxe because there were three of us, me, my mother and sister, plus 30,000 for the extra person. The service was poor: no towels, soap, or shampoo, the TV didn’t work, and the receptionists weren’t friendly. The rates are already comparable to the Vape Hotel behind Citimall, but the service here is very poor. 🤔😂 I thought maybe I was the only one who found the receptionist rude and unfriendly, but it seems lots of comments say the same. 🙏🏻😂 Being friendly and smiling at guests seems like basic professional behavior, and it could make people want to stay again. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
