Staff were courteous, and for a short stay the place was good. The rooms have limited facilities, breakfast choices are limited, and there isn't an in-house restaurant at the moment. There aren't many alternatives in the area, though. There's room to improve, and adding a few basic amenities and keeping things well maintained could make the stay better.

The service was really nice, and the room was pretty comfortable. It's a quite good hotel in Prabumulih, and I'd recommend staying here.

The gardens are great, and the staff are friendly, though not many speak English. The room is very basic and has no Wi-Fi. You have to pay to use the pool, and there's no food or drink on site after breakfast. There's no fridge in the room either. Unfortunately, it's still the best hotel in the region.

The place was clean, but the service wasn't very polite when I first arrived. There are only a few electrical sockets in the room, and it feels kind of expensive for what you get.
