There's a lot to like nearby: downtown Purbalingga is close, with rice fields, food stalls, and a mosque around the hotel. In the morning I could walk beside the water channel and look out at the fields, and the mosque is about 50 meters away if you want to join the congregation. It's comfortable and affordable. My room was across from the pantry, and loud conversations there disturbed me at night. I'd suggest management ask guests in the pantry to keep it down, and move the chairs and tables to the front porch for chatting. The AC also took a long time to cool the room.

I paid for a room through the Trip app, but when I got there the counter staff said they were full. They told me to cancel and request a refund through the app myself. The app wouldn't let me cancel, so I never got the money back. I lost the payment. It wasn't a huge amount, but it was enough to make me angry.
