The breakfast being free really seals the deal, and the dive center next door is handy if you're in Amed to dive. The dorms are well worth it, though the rooms are good too, with comfortable bathrooms, hot water, and working air conditioning. This place gets overlooked, but it's the best-priced hostel I've stayed in and the quality for the cost is unbelievable. I'd absolutely stay again. Save your money and enjoy everything Amed has to offer.

The team felt genuinely warm and authentic, and the room rate included a delicious breakfast right on the beach. Many of the clean, spacious rooms have sea views. The value for money was among the best I've ever had, and I was amazed by how quickly they did the laundry, within a couple of hours. Thanks so much!

We ended up extending our week because we loved our stay so much. Amed Sari Beach guesthouse is right on the beach, and it's comfortable, with a really friendly feel. Wyoman, the owner, was an absolute delight. He went out of his way to make things memorable and even turned down extra payment. We'll definitely return next year.

There are lots of diving schools nearby, and the beach is good for swimming, though it has quite a bit of litter. It's black sand, with no reef directly in front. Breakfast is included and served right on the beach, which is nice for a budget place to stay for a few days in Amed. There isn't parking, so you need to walk about 100 meters along a narrow path. It isn't really suitable for people with disabilities.

We liked it so much we came back for a second stay. It's very good value, with a small but tasty breakfast included. They can help arrange transport to Gillis. The rooms were clean, the showers had hot water, and even the toilet seat closed softly. The deluxe room didn't seem worth the extra cost over a regular one, since the difference was hardly noticeable.
