Chez Kin 1001 Nuits Amed

The service at Chez Kim was wonderful, and we got a nice scooter with helmets. The staff and owner were the kindest and most helpful we met on our Bali and Lombok trip. Nyoman, the owner, was a huge help when our wallet with our passport and other things went missing, and kindly helped us find it. The spacious rooms have large, comfortable wooden canopy beds with mosquito nets. It's beside the black sand beach, so you can hear the waves from the terrace. Breakfast with fresh juice is included and served on your own terrace. We highly recommend Chez Kin for a stay in Amed.

I had such a lovely stay at ChezKin. The owners were happy to help with anything we needed, from diving plans to other questions, and they offered great prices too. The place is spotless and beautiful, right on the beach. For the price, it’s hard to beat.

There are just three rooms, which gives the place a cozy feel, and the hosts really make the stay. They’d only been running it for a month when I visited, but they were wonderful. It’s comfortable and clean, and the sea is only a few metres away. Nothing fancy, just a nice place to stay.

I really lucked out finding this place, especially for the price. The owner was so friendly, and the service was lovely. It’s tucked into a garden with just three rooms, and the rooms are big. Mine was the largest, with AC and its own terrace. There was even another bed out there where I could relax and listen to and watch the sea. The beach is only a couple of steps away and was empty. I love it here and will stay whenever I’m in Amed.
