This villa is in a handy spot with easy access to Amed’s main street. It has only about eight rooms, with a pool in the middle that’s surprisingly kid-friendly. We needed to check out very early, around 5 a.m., because of our Eid journey. When we called the owner, he gave us sensible advice so we could check in directly.

Great value, with comfortable rooms, easy ocean access and friendly staff. We had a great stay in Amed. Lots of restaurants are an easy walk away, and the ocean is just across the road. There are good snorkeling spots about 15 minutes away on foot. The on-site restaurant serves traditional Balinese food at very reasonable prices, and the pool was great too.

The room was clean and the yard is lovely, so we were happy with the stay overall. Just be ready for noise: the soundproofing is poor, and the seafood restaurant across the road had a very loud live band on Friday night. Our floor was actually shaking, lol. There’s no fridge either, so we couldn’t chill drinks. Apart from that night, everything was good.

The location made it easy to get to the beach and the beautiful sunset point in Amed, and the surroundings were clean and lovely. The staff were friendly, really helpful, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had an amazing, relaxing stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The pool was amazing, and the staff were quick to respond whenever we needed something. They’re on duty day and night, which made the place feel safe. For 400k/night including breakfast, it was worth it. The room was comfy, around 8/10, though there were lots of mosquitoes. The towels were clean and amenities were provided. Breakfast at the restaurant gets 8/10, and the staff 9/10. Here are a few pics.
