The hostel is well located and close to everything, especially Catch & Grill, a family restaurant with incredible food. I was very comfortable here. The rooms are clean, and I liked how the beds were arranged. The curtains gave you some privacy, and the room had everything I needed, including towels and refillable water whenever I wanted. Breakfast is simple, just banana pancakes with coffee or tea, but the women at reception make it with so much love. Komang and Arianty were both kind and put in a lot of effort. Thank you for everything! I did find it hard to get some quiet time to myself, even though I interacted with people I met at the hostel. That’s down to my own personality and preference, though.

The place is nice, fairly clean, and the staff are very kind, but there’s barely anywhere for dorm guests to relax. Right now it’s just a table and a couple of chairs in front of reception. The bigger issue is that I found a bed bug today. Bed bugs can happen in any hostel or hotel, but there should be a plan for handling it, like clear communication, help and advice on arranging laundry for clothes and bags, and getting pest control in. None of that happened, and they didn’t seem to care much. I don’t blame the staff, since they apparently haven’t been trained and that isn’t their fault. Management needs to step up, put procedures in place and train the staff, especially since older reviews suggest this may have happened before in the last couple of months.

The location is amazing, and the girls on staff are lovely, always smiling and ready to help. The bungalows are big and spacious, with a comfy bed, AC, a terrace and a private toilet. It was the best value I found for a very decent price. Terima kasih!🫶

A nice family and a perfect location, right by the beach entrance, with restaurants up the hill just a 5 minute walk away. I had a couple of issues when I checked in, but they did everything they could to sort them out quickly. After that, my stay was very comfortable. Great place, especially for the price.

We spent 4 nights in one of the spacious bungalows, which were cleaned every day. They installed a new AC on the day we arrived, and it worked really well. The staff were all very friendly, and the free breakfast pancake was yum. Amazing place to stay. I’d totally recommend it.
