I think a lot of the negative reviews miss what this place is: a homestay-style beach hotel, not a traditional all-inclusive resort. If you're visiting the beach without staying here, paying for a sunbed, drinks, or a coconut seems entirely normal to me. Owners need to make a living, and in every Asian country I've traveled in, those things cost extra. I was especially surprised that so many reviews focus almost entirely on the sunbeds. When I was looking for information, I wanted to know about the rooms: whether they're clean, quiet, and well maintained. Those are the things that matter for a homestay. Complaining only about paid sunbeds doesn't seem like a fair or useful way to judge the place, and says more about unrealistic expectations.

It's right in front of the best snorkeling spot, which is a great location. The equipment is in poor condition, though. Still, for the price, it's worth it 😉

We were told a sunbed cost 50K, or 25K if we bought a coconut. The woman also said the bed would be free if we bought food and a coconut. But at the end, another woman tried to charge us 50K per bed anyway. Don't come here. The place next door has really great service.

We got severe food poisoning. We had to order something to sit under one of the beach umbrellas, and I even found a piece of metal wire in my side dish, so of course we left it uneaten. Apparently even the French fries weren't safe.

I was overcharged and got food poisoning, which ruined part of my holiday. It looked decent at first, but the experience was awful. Stay away if you want to enjoy your trip.
