There was nobody at the reception, and the residents didn't know anything either. The only information was that they accepted daily or monthly rentals, but the owner said they had nothing to do with OYO or Agoda. Such a disappointment, a waste of money and time.
There was no lobby or anyone around when I arrived after booking through the OYO app, and nothing was clear. The app's phone number couldn't be reached, though it listed a number for daily or monthly rentals. After a long call, someone finally answered. The owner told me not to use the app, said there were lots of scams and they didn't use apps like that, then said I could stay overnight if I paid there. I paid that much last night, even though I'd already paid in full through the OYO app. That payment couldn't be refunded, so the money was lost. I was definitely disappointed. It was a scam, and the people there were in cahoots. It was planned. A waste of my time, effort, and money. Be careful when choosing a hotel. Better not to pay upfront. Pay at the hotel.
