The room was nice, and the staff responded quickly and treated us kindly. The restaurant had a pleasant setting and surprisingly low prices. But the water heater kept failing: after the room boy fixed it, hot water lasted about five minutes before turning cold again. Showering like that was uncomfortable in chilly Purwokerto, especially for my kids, who were shivering and screaming.
We were worn out from a long drive and just wanted a proper night's rest, but five teenage guests, two girls and three boys, were talking loudly and singing in a room at 1:45 AM. They said they were regular customers, which made it seem like bookings weren't governed by strict rules. A really bad experience and atmosphere for my family.
The place is basic, and so are the rooms and service. There was no hot water, though everything was clean enough. Staff were kind and helpful, the outdoor parking area was spacious, and the WiFi was very fast. Cheap, and I'd recommend it for a longer stay.
It's comfortable and good value, though it's outside central Purwokerto. Finding food is easy, and getting to Baturraden is straightforward, so we didn't have to worry about losing our way. Cleanliness could be improved, and the door should be replaced to give the room more privacy.
The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food was really good. The staff were especially caring and nice. We'd definitely come back!
