Right in the heart of rantau Prapat city, so traffic noise comes through if you get a room facing the street.

Check-in service was poor, and the room was dirty. The bathroom was even worse, with a dirty toilet and a filthy shower curtain. Coffee or tea stains covered the cups, and the room sandals were black from long use. It was a shocking first experience in the tourism industry for me. They charge rates like a 3 star international chain but provide 1 star service.

It’s in the middle of town in rantau prapat, inside the Suzuya Department store and Supermaket. The hotel is clean and good.
