Suardana Inn

The staff were kind and very helpful, and I enjoyed my visit. The hotel's location made it convenient to get to famous Kuta beach and nearby markets. The rooms could use some improvement.

I arrived late at night, and they arranged the airport pickup. The rooms were basic but fine for my stay, and the service was incredible. Staff gave me lots of useful information and let me leave my bag in their luggage room while I travelled around the islands. I had a lovely stay.

We had to switch rooms because the first one had dirty sheets, with a few hairs and pillowcases creased as if someone had slept on them and the linen hadn't been changed. The bathroom sink was also very dirty, with toothpaste stains. I went to reception shortly after and asked for someone to check and help. The receptionist said she’d call a colleague to clean it, but I had to wait there until both staff members came back to the room with me. They helped move our luggage to the room across the way, but kept giggling as if they thought it was funny. My wife and I certainly didn’t. The room we were moved to wasn’t bad, but the whole experience was very disappointing. I know the rooms aren’t expensive, but that’s no excuse. The photos on booking.com need updating because they don’t show what the place is really like.

The room we had was amazing and very clean, and the swimming pool was nice. The people were friendly, and the location was excellent. They also stored our luggage. We had an amazing stay!
