The place smelled strongly of urine, cockroaches were everywhere, and a large dog barking by the stairs made it feel unsafe. Our room was filthy, with a dirty bed and toilet, and even a huge lizard inside. When we asked to move, staff said “all the rooms are the same” and wouldn't help. We'd booked through Airbnb, but it was nothing like the photos or description. The host, Anna, wasn't there. People at the property said they didn't know her and that she was in Jakarta. There was no reception or responsible staff. We left that same night because the place was uninhabitable. Airbnb is still processing our refund request, but no guest should have to deal with this. This property shouldn't be advertising on Airbnb. Don't book here.

It was so cheap for the night that three stars feels fair, you get what you pay for. The Wi-Fi worked well enough and the room was clean enough. Just know it gets noisy at night from the building's residents. I stayed midweek, and it wasn't quiet until after 11 p.m. To flush the toilet, I had to bend down behind the bowl and turn the water on and off.

The smell was unbearable, and the sheets were covered in awful stains. The room was filthy and completely unlivable, nothing like the Airbnb photos. A dog wouldn't last ten minutes in there. When we asked for a refund, the host blamed us and did everything possible to stop customer service from giving one. It was a horrible experience. Avoid this place, and do not book it.

We stayed just one night because we arrived late and left early, so it was manageable for a few hours, but it really wasn't pleasant. The staff were friendly, and the bed was okay, with no bed bugs or strong visible stains. The rest was poor: the room and bathroom were dirty and moldy, and the outdoor sitting area and pool looked rotten. It probably used to be a nice hotel. Even at the low price, I wouldn't recommend booking it through Airbnb. The place looked nothing like the photos.
