This was our third family visit to Padma Hotel Bali, and we spent New Year’s Eve there from 31 December to 1 January. We still came away impressed and can see ourselves returning for family celebrations and special moments. Thanks to our Padma membership points, we got an upgrade to a Club Suite, which was a lovely start to the new year. It was spacious, well maintained, and suited our family well. The Club benefits added comfort and a sense of exclusivity. The welcome felt personal from the start. Bhisma, the Front Desk Supervisor, made arrival smooth and professional while still heartfelt. Meidi handled check-in attentively and efficiently. Oqik Wiguna also took great care of our luggage and was very friendly. Those thoughtful interactions, along with the team’s professionalism and genuine hospitality, really stood out.

The gardens were lush, beautifully kept, and made for a peaceful setting around our lovely room. Padma Resort Legian has once again exceeded our expectations. This was our fifth stay, and it feels like home away from home every time. The staff are a big reason we return. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and Nova from the Club Lounge was especially polite and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. His service made the stay even better. We also recommend upgrading to the Club Lounge if you can. It’s a relaxing place to unwind, with afternoon canapés and cocktails plus plenty of snacks and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the day. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

The Padma employees were the best part for us. They were caring and so warmly friendly. Sujati kept our room impeccably clean and seemed to understand what we needed, supporting us in every way possible. The grounds are romantic, with art and beautiful plants. We also loved the large, thoughtfully designed adult pool and its swim-up bar. The gym is big and very well equipped. We had a wonderful stay.

The resort is beautiful and has something for everyone, with a lovely daily breakfast buffet and lots of variety. The staff were so nice, friendly, and helpful, and really made our stay by going above and beyond to look after us. One of the best parts of Legian. I’ll definitely stay here again!

It was hard to leave with so many great activities and facilities. The room was very clean, breakfast buffet was amazing, the day spa felt like luxury, and the onsite teppanyaki was divine. From start to finish, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. When we return to Bali, we won’t stay anywhere else.
