Nirvana House (Guest House Syari'ah)

For IDR 245,700.- on a Saturday, booked through Booking.com with express booking, my wife and I got a spacious double room upstairs. The two-floor budget hotel had modern architecture and was sparkling clean. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and we had tables, chairs, a bedside table with lockers and a reading lamp, plus a wardrobe with hangers and a mirror. There was also a phone and a flat-screen TV with good reception. The private bathroom was spacious, with a mirror, sink, Western-style toilet, toilet shower jet, toilet paper, and very good hot shower water. Outside each room there was a table and chairs. Upstairs, there was a musholla and a shared table with unusual chairs. Helpful service, too. They provided two bottles of mineral water, two comfortable towels, two toothbrushes with toothpaste, tissues, and packets of tea, coffee, and sugar, with hot water in a thermos. The drawbacks were that the only TV channels were from MNCTV Group (RCTI, MNCTV, INews, GTV), and the free WiFi from our room was unstable, around 0-3/5.
