The room was nice, the service was really great, and there’s a nice indoor pool.

The airport is about 30 minutes away. For a four-star place, it’s good overall, and breakfast was really great. The room was okay too. I was disappointed with the management and staff because their work package didn’t let us choose dinner flexibly, and there wasn’t much choice of drinks. I hope the staff will be friendlier.

Most visitors on business in this area seem to stay here, and the hotel offers decent service and quality for a fairly small city like Sampit. The staff were friendly, and the young manager came over to greet us during dinner. There was a wide breakfast selection, from local dishes to Western-style food, and we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant as well. During our visit they were holding an Asian Food Festival. It also seems to be a place where local upper-class families gather for ceremonies.

The room and toilet were quite nice and clean, and the hotel has six floors. There’s also a pretty nice large nightclub behind the building. Smoking is allowed everywhere, which could be an issue for guests who don’t smoke. At the moment, this seems like the best hotel to stay at in Sampit.

The breakfast was tasty and good, and overall I still think this is the best hotel in Sampit. But only having two pillows in a four-star hotel seems wrong. The restaurant has no separate smoking room, so you can smell cigarettes in the air-conditioned space. Parking is a bit tricky because the entrance is narrow and raised.
