Parking was pretty spacious for the area, with room for perhaps 7-8 cars. For cleanliness, I’d give it 3/5: the room was fairly clean, but the porch and shower didn’t seem well looked after, and the porch chairs could be better. The room keys were corroded, so opening a few rooms was difficult. There are other hotels nearby that may not show up on Google Maps yet, and some are cleaner.
It’s near Telaga, and the view is great if you get a room facing Lake Sarangan. The room itself was so-so. We only got one cup and had to ask for more. Toiletries were just a towel and soap, so bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. I also spotted a cockroach. Hopefully the service improves.
Check-in was easy, and since it wasn’t crowded on a weekday, I could choose my room. Some rooms have a balcony with a nice backyard view. But the bed linen had lots of dark spots, and the bathroom wasn’t very clean despite having a bathtub. The toilet was rotten, and its lid had come off. There was a warm shower, though the bidet pressure was too strong and couldn’t be controlled.
I booked one night through Traveloka. The photos looked nice, but the actual room was different. The floor was dirty and the building looked old. There was no water heater when I arrived, so I asked the staff to fix it, and the hotel didn’t provide Wi-Fi. It is fairly close to Telaga Sarangan and has a spacious parking area.
The room was filthy, including the bed and floor, and the bed had lots of stains. Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and they said there was an error. Management was poor. The hotel needs an urgent overhaul, or they should just close it.
