It's easy to find, and the room was really clean. The price is low, too. A cozy place I'd recommend to travelers looking for somewhere to stay.
The staff are quick to respond and easy to communicate with, and the room price is reasonable. The place is quiet, with clean, minimalist rooms, a spacious yard, and an enclosed parking area that feels secure for vehicles. Wi-Fi is plentiful, the hot water is fine, and there’s a shared kitchen with a hot and cold water dispenser. One downside is the aircraft noise: the building sits under a flight path near the airport, so low-flying Boeing planes can be very loud. Flights aren’t frequent, mostly morning and afternoon.
The place has a decent concept, but it feels poorly run, with staff who lack hospitality skills. The room was damp, the bathroom paint was peeling, and the surroundings felt dusty and uncomfortable. One of the three outlets didn’t work. Noise from cooking, construction, and passing aircraft was very loud and unsettling. There’s a steep early check-in charge, 50,000 Rupiah for 30 minutes and 100,000 Rupiah for an hour, if I remember right. That seems ridiculous, even compared with star-rated hotels. I’d expect some fairness for early or late check-ins, perhaps a cashback. I didn’t stay long. I can’t tell whether the place is new or old, but it needs plenty of work. If your budget is 300-400 Rupiah, I’d look elsewhere. In a pinch, it might do for 1-2 nights.
The atmosphere was peaceful, and they gave me the first-floor room I requested. Service was friendly and quick. My room was spacious, and the hot water, sink, and toilet all worked. There’s Google TV, so you can log into Netflix yourself. I’ll come back sometime.
I was in room 311. The place is tucked away in a residential neighborhood, and the parking area has no shade. Inside, the floor felt sticky, the sheets were dirty, and there were lipstick marks on the bed cover. The room was damp, with peeling paint as shown in the photo. After seeing all that, I checked out right away and moved to another hotel.
