It's ok.

The price matches the facilities, and getting here is easy. It's near campus and the toll road, about 20 minutes from the city center. I only stayed briefly, but the place seemed clean, safe, quiet, comfortable, and tidy. It feels like a daily or monthly boarding house. Each floor has a kitchen with a stove, plus somewhere to wash and dry clothes. There's also a rooftop where you can relax with coffee and a snack in the morning, afternoon, or evening.

The kitchen gets crowded with students chatting noisily until midnight, so I wouldn't recommend this for working people. They don't seem to understand how hard life can be, haha. I used to board here with my husband after an Oyo sales person said it was suitable for married couples. We handed over our IDs and marriage certificate. A few months later that same salesperson called to say the owner had reprimanded us for sharing a room with someone of the opposite sex. I was angry, since we'd already provided our marriage certificate and were still being treated as if we were living together.

It's clean and quiet, away from the crowds, but still close to the campus toll gate.
