Getting to the Simpang Lima area takes about five minutes, and the price is very reasonable. The room was clean and nice, with amenities and two bottles of water. It did have a slight damp smell, though, and only one power outlet. Keep in mind there are stairs and the parking area is small.

For a night in Semarang, I paid under 250k, and the facilities and cleanliness felt like a great deal at that price. If you're after an affordable homestay or hotel, this place is worth considering.

You can check in after 5 am and before noon without an extra charge, which is handy. Simpang 5 is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The room was comfortable and clean, though it only had one power outlet.

The hotel is good, and you can get into your room before midnight. I'd choose a room on level 1, though, since the upstairs rooms don't seem to get running water at night.

I had a hard time with the directions and felt stressed while trying to find the place on the street. I was in a hurry, and the experience was confusing. There was tea, and my brother was there too.
