I didn't feel comfortable at this boarding house. The guard is always asking for cigarettes.

Students at Unika have a good place to stay here, with complete facilities. The second-floor refrigerator is badly maintained, though, and the freezer has a lot of frost.

I was very disappointed. I booked an OYO at this location through the app because it showed as available, but when I arrived, the security guard didn't open the gate and said OYO was no longer offered there. Nobody took responsibility. Management should handle this properly and keep the listing up to date. The issue wasn't the price.
