The central location made it convenient to try local food at Soto Bokoran and visit traditional markets like Pasar Gang Baru. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I brought up a concern, and I appreciate that. But their good service couldn’t make up for the condition of the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms felt very outdated, poorly maintained, and not clean. The sheets were stained when I arrived, so I asked the staff to change them. That made the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable, and it affected my first impression and comfort throughout the stay. I expected more from a four-star hotel, as described on Booking.com. This felt more like a two-star property, and the experience didn’t match the price or rating. The hotel needs renovation and better cleanliness standards.

I could hear the basketball players making a lot of noise, including early morning practice. I was there to accompany my brother for his tournament, and there were many other players staying too. The second floor smelled of cigarettes. The water was lukewarm, and the food wasn’t great, though it was adequate.

The front office staff were patient and spoke multiple languages. They suggested some good local restaurants and handled everything professionally, making us feel valued. A wonderful stay from check-in to check-out. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

Breakfast had lots of choices, and everything I tried tasted good. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well looked after. It’s easy to get to different places from here, but the area feels peaceful and away from busy traffic. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.
