Everyone was welcoming, from the security team and hotel staff to the HR team. They were kind, helpful, smiling, and greeted both guests and coworkers. The Wujil Resort & Conventions was a great experience, with very clean, well-kept grounds, roomy parking, two pools, a barbecue area, a mini zoo, and more. I also noticed fire extinguishers in several places, which showed good attention to safety. The service made the stay comfortable and not intimidating, even for someone with no previous hotel experience. Highly recommended! 🤩

The hotel was comfortable and well maintained, and its team made our academic observation visit feel memorable and meaningful. Our group was warmly welcomed, and the hotel kindly let us carry out our observation there. The place was very comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, greeting us with smiles. We felt well cared for. Thanks for the lovely hospitality!

Breakfast got chaotic when the place was over capacity. Staff kept asking for our room number without checking, and on another day the egg station didn’t provide our order, maybe they simply forgot. We were there for three days and didn’t join the barbecue, so I hope it wasn’t as disappointing as breakfast. If you want to judge the service, try coming on a weekend or holiday. Semarang is only 30 minutes away if you’d rather consider another option.

I booked the most basic room, so it didn’t have as much as the other room types, but it was still great and quite modern. The room itself was really nice. I also liked all the activities and facilities, including the spa, big swimming pool, big gym, basketball court, and tennis court.
