There isn't much food nearby, just a minimarket and a few small stalls across the street, so guests may need to order online. The AC worked well and kept the room cool, but the sheets weren't very clean and smelled. When they cleaned under the mattress, that area was quite dirty too. Water was often unavailable, and guests were asked to conserve it even though our use was reasonable, not excessive. Service needs to do more to make guests comfortable.

I booked through the app, but then they tried to charge me extra, and their rule was no refunds. I didn't expect the room to be this bad: the door wouldn't shut properly, the floor was dirty, the walls were moldy and peeling, the sheets looked unchanged, and the bathroom ceiling seemed ready to collapse. They said all the rooms were full, so I got put on the third floor. There's no elevator 😅😅, and I had to haul my suitcase up the stairs. I checked out in less than 30 minutes. Byee.

I felt ripped off. I booked at the rate shown in the app, but they still wanted extra money to match the walk-in price. Seriously? The receptionist was unfriendly and even shouted at guests. The staff need proper guidance. For 350k, the room wasn't good either, with a lot of rotten wall areas. Don't put it on the app if you're going to charge the walk-in rate anyway. All the staff had a bad attitude.
