Dialoog Seminyak

We stayed four nights, Sunday through Thursday, in a poolside-view room at Dialoog, and felt comfortable, cared for, and relaxed the whole time. Breakfast was very good, with plenty to choose from and food prepared fresh. The reception and security staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. Sanndy made check-in smooth and easy, and Shirley was kind and professional when helping us check out. The same hospitable service continued throughout our visit. Our room was well maintained and very clean. After leaving another hotel because of a strong mouldy smell, the fresh atmosphere at Dialoog was an immediate relief. We understand mould can happen in tropical places, but we weren’t comfortable staying in it. We’d happily recommend Dialoog and stay again.

Shirely was always friendly and ready to help, and her service made our stay more comfortable and memorable. The room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, and the location was convenient for everything we needed. We had a great time here, and would gladly come back. Definitely worth the stay!

The warm hospitality is what made me want to write this. The staff were always smiling and sincerely keen to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Dialoog Seminyak was modern and well maintained, with a spacious room, working facilities, and generous amenities. Breakfast was great too. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Petitenget.

I’ll remember the relaxed chats and shared stories by the pool with Rani. I work in hospitality myself, and she’s a lovely, professional employee. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the à la carte breakfast had plenty of variety and was cooked very well. I had a very pleasant two-night stay at Dialoog. The welcome at reception was warm and professional, which isn’t always the case in Seminyak. Thank you, I’ll be back.
