Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach Hotel

I had lunch yesterday at Makase Restaurant, and the Tom Yum and Es Teler were both delicious. This morning’s breakfast at the Breakfast Club was very good too, with a great atmosphere and excellent service. The staff were polite, attentive and friendly, and seemed to know what guests needed to feel comfortable. Thanks for the warm hospitality at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach. I’m looking forward to coming back.

Guna and Bagos deserve a special mention. Their professional, attentive manner and genuine hospitality made us feel valued throughout our visit, and took a wonderful stay even further. Every part of the hotel experience was among the finest we’ve had, from the welcoming atmosphere and luxurious comfort to the impeccable service. Thank you for making it so memorable. We’ll recommend the hotel to family and friends and hope to visit again.

I came to meet people staying here, and the hotel made a beautiful first impression. The lobby was bright, clean and fresh smelling; check-in was smooth, and staff were welcoming, professional and helpful in explaining the facilities. It’s handy for restaurants, convenience stores and main roads, so getting around is easy for either business or leisure. There’s a large basement and front lobby parking area, plus a small motorcycle and Gojek parking spot by the front gate. The place is lovely, and I’d like to stay here next time.

Three nights went by too fast. It was such a special mom-daughter break, and we enjoyed the room, facilities, breakfast and, of course, the beach. The private recovery spa was clean, relaxing and convenient for guests who like privacy. We’ll definitely return. Breakfast was generous and lovely. Even with a busy restaurant, the entrance flow was well handled. Pak Arya, the Restaurant Manager, checked in with my mom and me every morning, and was genuinely attentive to guests around the restaurant too. The waitresses remembered my coffee order, though I’m sorry I can’t recall their names. The Breakfast Club waitress was kind as well, and her service felt heartfelt. Bu Febe and the team made check-in smooth. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived before check-in time, but Pak Restu, the Duty Manager, kindly showed us around the restaurant area and brought our key to us once it was ready. Thanks also to the Service Center team, especially Ngakan and Anggita, who helped us consistently from before arrival through checkout.
