The Club Villas Seminyak

We didn’t want to leave. We booked a one-bedroom villa after initially trying for a honeymoon suite, then were upgraded to a honeymoon villa when we checked in. The staff were professional, friendly, and so accommodating. They made our first stay memorable, answered questions easily, and let us adjust our breakfast order or delivery time. Breakfast was huge with lots of variety. Daily cleaning was thorough, and the changing bed designs and bath petals were lovely touches. After shopping, it was great to come back and take a dip in our private pool. We’d read the reviews beforehand, and I can see why people love Club Villas. The team should be proud of the impression they made on us.

We spent four honeymoon nights here, two in Honeymoon Villas and two in Khayangan Villas. The service deserves five stars: the staff were friendly, quick to respond, and handled every request promptly, bringing things right to our villa. Since the lobby is quite far away, we contacted the front office on WhatsApp, where someone was available around the clock. The pool was clean, the bed and bathroom comfortable, and there was ample parking. The location is right in the heart of Seminyak, about a five-minute walk from La Favela. The tap water tasted brackish and didn’t feel fresh for showering. A little getting in my mouth while washing my hair tasted awful, and I used the hotel’s bottled water to rinse after brushing my teeth. Guests with allergies or sensitive skin like mine may want to keep that in mind. It would help to have extra drinking water by the sink for rinsing. In the Honeymoon Villas, only the bedroom and bathroom are indoors. The kitchen and living room are outside, where breakfast is served at the outdoor table. Eat it promptly, because birds can get to the food even when it’s covered with a lid or plastic wrap. We were very happy with the stay. The staff treated us with respect and were incredibly helpful. We’d just arrived at Club Villas Seminyak when we asked about taking a shower around 3 pm, after checking out at noon and before our departure. The front desk said no, but offered a later checkout for an extra fee. We didn’t need the villa for those extra hours, only a shower, something we’ve been able to use at every other hotel we’ve visited.

Their communication and management were excellent. The team was professional and kind, and it’s rare to find customer care that makes it so clear they value their guests. Thanks so much. I’d gladly stay with them again and recommend their hospitality to anyone visiting Bali and Seminiyak.
