The food was good, the facilities were good, and the room was tidy and clean. Service was very good too. I’d definitely recommend staying in the Serang area. Thanks to Romi at reception for being so helpful and hospitable 👍🏻

The room, service, and resto were all good. Anyer beach is about 30 minutes away. I stayed here from Oct 4-10, 2025.

The service deserves all five stars. The banquet team and restaurant waiters were kind and helpful, especially Mr. Abi and Ms. Yolla. We were glad to be guests at Forbis Hotel. See you next time.

The staff really stood out. By my second morning, the breakfast team already remembered how I like my coffee. Mr. Romi Darma at the front desk handled our checkout very efficiently.
