The location is very convenient, close to main roads, business areas, shopping centers, and restaurants, and the price is affordable compared with other hotels nearby. That makes Starlet Hotel Serpong a decent budget option. I found the room facilities quite basic, though. Toiletries were provided, but there were no slippers, and there wasn’t even a trash bin in the room. The room also isn’t soundproof, so hallway and outside noise can interrupt your rest. Even though it was marked non-smoking, I could smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom, which was unpleasant.

Other than the price and location, I wouldn’t recommend it. The floors felt a bit sticky, like housekeeping hadn’t mopped properly, and the bathroom also wasn’t cleaned well. The room was small and not clean, with only a little folding desk and no chair.

It can be a little noisy because it’s on the main road, but the location is handy for Gading Serpong and Alam Sutera. For this price range, it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in, with clean, functional rooms and great service.

We all got a comfortable rest, and I had a great experience with the hospitality. Since the hotel is on a main street, traffic noise from passing vehicles was quite disturbing. Still, for the price and facilities, that felt fair enough.

The service deserves 10 stars from me, it was top notch. The location isn’t great, though, since it’s a crowded area, and the loud traffic noise comes through very clearly inside the room.
