The hosts were the highlight for me, so welcoming and warm. Each morning they left coffee and tea outside our room, and breakfast was really yummy 😍 For the price, the place is fine. It’s clean, though a bit outdated, and the door only locks from the outside. There’s a mosquito net over the bed, and we had no issues with mosquitoes. The bathroom is quite spacious and the hot water works perfectly. The location is still prime, right in the city center and about a 15-minute walk to the Ubud Market.

The host is an incredibly kind person who’s always smiling, and the breakfast was very good with generous portions compared with other places. The bungalows have a lovely Balinese style, with sculptures out front. Our room was clean, cool even without AC, and perfectly OK. We were sorry to have to move, but roosters woke us at 5 in the morning and we couldn’t get back to sleep. That surprised me because I can usually tolerate a lot of noise while sleeping.

A wallet-friendly, homey place to stay in Ubud. The houses have a traditional Balinese look. Every six months, according to the Balinese calendar, the family holds a temple ceremony with dance performances, so guests can experience that. For a separate classical dance performance, you can go to their Balerung Stage, with more information on Google.

The host was really lovely, and it was a special, nice place to stay. The rooms are a little old.

A beautiful place with the feel of a typical Balinese home. The garden is clean and the guard is friendly, though the bathroom could be a bit cleaner. There’s an Indoapril just across the street, so it’s easy to pick up anything you need. Getting around is easy, and the area is busy. Recommended for an overnight stay. Great.
