Maimai Sari House

A great place to unwind and disconnect, with rice fields literally minutes away. The entry is so tucked away from public view that you might wonder if you’re in the right place until you get out and ask. The three parking spots are hidden from the main road too. There are three villas, each with its own charm. Ours was the middle one, and we really enjoyed it. We swam leisurely in the pool, which gets deeper as you move away from the steps. The kitchen, toilets, and shower aren’t attached to the main room. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and making hot water, while the toilet and shower are set apart for quiet time. The bedroom is air conditioned, though the cooling is minimal, and there’s no TV. The prepaid billing system may suddenly run out. I found the place on just one website or app, which I can’t share here since it’s a hidden gem.
