Arta Nadi Villa

The villa had an amazing view, and both the room and pool were clean. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. There are enough restaurants and other hotels nearby, and the service was good. Breakfast could be better.

The helpful staff, tasty breakfast, good location, and lovely garden were all positives. The pool was nice too, and the vibe and view were great. But the rooms don't look anything like the photos on booking dot com, and the property needs serious maintenance and renovation. There were quite a few problems in our room: the bathroom plants weren't there, bits of toilet paper were stuck to the rock wall, and the front sliding doors had huge gaps at the sides. The bathroom door also had a gap, and since the bathroom is outside, there was another gap to the outdoors. The toilet bum gun leaked onto the toilet paper, the shower head was terrible, and the sheets didn't feel good. The fridge was off and mouldy, a cupboard had broken hardware, and some bathroom tiles were missing or broken. The towels smelled bad, and there were no tissues or hair dryer.

We had a room looking over the pool and out across the rice fields, with beautiful views all around. The rooms and surroundings were gorgeous, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. I'd definitely stay again.

The property looked nice enough. We booked in July 2025, but an ill child meant we had to change our planned Sidemen stay into a day trip. We thought we'd take a look at the property for a future visit. They refused any kind of refund, saying the short notice meant they couldn't rebook our rooms, which I understood. But on the day we were supposed to stay, they were fully booked. I hope they enjoyed keeping our money while being dishonest. Needless to say, we won't book with them again.
