Asiana Lovina Hotel

I had a horrible stay here. After being moved between rooms, I ended up in one where the balcony door wouldn't shut properly. Staff knew about it but brushed off my concern and said it was fine. From the shared hallway balcony, someone could also have reached my room. The next morning, €100 and $100 were missing. I'm certain hotel staff took it. When I reported the theft, they denied involvement and wouldn't help. I asked to see the security footage, but they said the hallway camera wasn't working. The poor security and staff's dishonest behavior made this the worst hotel stay I've had. I strongly advise against staying here.

My clients booked me in for one night. It was meant to be a standard room with a shared bathroom, but I was lucky enough to upgrade and get my own. The room was clean and good enough for a rest, though opening and closing the veranda door was quite difficult.

The friendly, helpful staff, good location, and price were the only positives for me. The bathroom was dirty, with mold on the sink and shower head and urine marks on the toilet seat. Sometimes the AC blew warm air. Breakfast was limited to fried rice or fried noodles, and it looked like it had been made ahead and stored for an unknown amount of time. I got salmonella or food poisoning on the last day.

We loved our stay and would definitely return. The rooms were beautiful, and the hotel is in a perfect spot in the middle of Lovina. Breakfast is included, and the staff were very friendly, especially Agus, who helped us a lot.
