My stay at Hotel Grand Wijaya was restful, with clean rooms and courteous staff. There were women next door who seemed to be sex workers, but they didn't disturb the quiet inside my room. I was only slightly aware of the hotel's diverse surroundings.

The parking area is small, but the staff kindly guided our car into a good spot. There's also a room for smoking and chilling with spirits, of course. This was my first stay, and the hospitality made a strong first impression, worthy of a five star hotel. The room was clean, and the hotel has a semi traditional modern style. Very good.

This is our first choice when we get away to Singaraja. The price is affordable and the service remarkable. Our room was spacious enough and clean, with fantastic water pressure and hot water whenever we wanted it. Everything looked beautiful, and it seemed the owner takes great care of the maintenance. A swimming pool might bring in more bookings.

The food is standard, but you can get laundry done here. With its cottage style, the hotel has large rooms and grounds, and the staff are very polite, helpful, and nice. It seems well suited to a longer stay.

I liked the cottage style room and its big terrace. The hotel doesn't have cable TV, and while guests probably won't spend long in the room, I think having it would be nice. Staff treated us well and were friendly, so we felt comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were nice and clean, with hot and cold showers but no bath, which we didn't need. I think this is the best budget hotel in the middle of Singaraja.
