The chef deserves credit for preparing the fresh Mahi Mahi I caught that morning, after I was picked up from the beach in front of the resort. The staff and management were incredibly helpful and went out of their way. This place is amazing.

Kelapa is right on the beach, with gorgeous gardens and a huge pool. We had the best weekend. The staff were attentive, happy to help with any request, and even packed us lunches for our very early trip the next morning. The food and drinks were delicious too. Couldn’t have been better!

It’s an easy walk into Lovina, and taxis are readily available. The villas also rent scooters. This is a very peaceful part of Bali, with lovely sunrises and sunsets, and the place feels like a retreat. There are only five villas, so it was wonderfully quiet. The pool was warm and available whenever we wanted to swim, and we could also go for a swim at the beach. Breakfast was brought to us, starting with delicious fruit, plus juice of our choice and coffee or tea. The staff’s service was remarkable, and they really made us feel valued. We had a dream holiday at Kelepa Lovina VIllas, and I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.

A quiet, peaceful beachfront spot with a gorgeous pool and everything we needed on site. It was well run and maintained, and the staff were helpful whenever needed without being intrusive. The owners are expat Aussies, always happy to chat and suggest good places in the area.

The food was terrific. Breakfast was lovely, and the pizza we had for lunch was delicious. Our villa was spotless, and the pool was a comfortable temperature. The black sand beach gave the place a hidden-paradise feel, while small shops were nearby and Lovina downtown wasn’t far. This small beachfront hotel felt like having a private villa by the ocean, and we were warmly welcomed on arrival, with our bags carefully handled and everything taken care of. The Australian husband and wife who own it live next door, and their care shows throughout the property. They’ve rescued six dogs and five cats, which adds a lovely, humane touch. We’re very demanding travelers who usually stay in five-star hotels, and this place was a gem. Kelapa Lovina Beach Villa felt perfect for a peaceful, kind, private escape. Highly recommended.
