I’ve stayed here several times over the past few years, and it’s still my favorite hotel in Singaraja. The staff were especially supportive when I spent five nights here sick with a virus. The beach is an easy walk away, with a local warung where you can enjoy the sea breeze, and it’s a great area. Some things could use attention, though: a few pillows seem worn and haven’t been replaced, and the stains on the walls could be cleaned up easily.

For $23-$26, depending on the room, this was a good deal for an unplanned one-night stay in Bulelah. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were nice. The water never got hot, but it wasn’t cold either, just lukewarm. The lobby was clean but bare, and the hotel sits down a side street about four miles from Lovina Beach. There’s a sea wall and a small bar and restaurant at the end of the street, which felt kind of charming.

I complained to the manager, Kadek, expecting the issue to be resolved, but his response was even worse. He got defensive, and I don’t trust what he says. He promised to return our belongings, but he kept them and refused to send them back. The service here is cheap, and this was a terrible way to treat a guest.

I only stayed one night and wasn't expecting much, but the room was surprisingly clean and well looked after. Nothing to complain about. Keep it up.

I had a really nice time here. It’s comfortable, clean and relaxing, the staff are all friendly, and the prices are very good. There are little beaches nearby too. Very nice.
