The room and bed were dusty and in bad shape, with stained bedding and a really awful smell. The air conditioner didn’t cool, the TV wouldn’t work, and there was no hot water. Staff were unfriendly too. My son had a bad allergic reaction to the dust. OYO should be ashamed of the cleanliness and comfort here. Please check the hotel regularly so the listing doesn’t mislead people. I’m very unhappy.

We were visiting town and it got late, so I booked this place through OYO. The app booking was quick, and the deal was good. Check-in was easy and fast, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room suited our family with two kids: one king bed and one single, and it was clean. We got two free bottles of water. They did tell us that bookings through the OYO app don’t include breakfast. The air conditioning was cold, hot water worked, and there was a flat screen TV with a USB port for watching a movie from a flash or external drive. The bathroom was standard, though a bit small for the room, and they didn’t leave bath soap. Maybe they forgot. We enjoyed staying here, especially for the price. It’s right in the middle of town, and groceries and other things are easy to find on foot.

If you’re traveling around Bali on a tight budget and mainly need a cozy bed before heading back out in the morning, this place does the job. The prices are rock bottom and the beds are comfortable. We didn’t have hot water, and cleanliness isn’t something to count on. You get what you pay for, and sometimes travel means roughing it. They do give you a free toothbrush, at least. Walk around the neighborhood at night and there’s great nasi goreng and other tasty, cheap food. Good luck out there.

It’s a handy place to stay in Singaraja, close to everything around town. The water heater is unreliable, though, working sometimes and failing at others. Please fix it. Booking online also costs a different amount than paying on the spot.

The room was spacious, but the amenities were poor. There was no shampoo or soap, the wall was in bad condition, and there wasn’t any hot water.
