The service was fine, but we were glad to stay just one night. The resort is beautiful, yet it clearly needs maintenance, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. Our shower handle was rusty and broken, the floor was dirty, and the bed pillows looked dingy. I even found ants on the bed. It wasn’t worth the money. The room cleanliness really needs work.

There’s a private beach, but the price feels too high for the facilities and room. The resort is about 20km from Singkawang city.

The beach is gorgeous, and the staff are friendly, but the hotel itself is only okay at best. You can see the lack of maintenance, and one of my family’s rooms even had cockroaches. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent, and the wifi didn’t work at all. The beach did a lot to make the stay better.

We stayed one night at kahyangan resort, and I didn’t feel the price matched what we got. The facilities and service weren’t good enough, and the linens and general cleanliness need improvement. Our three-bedroom villa had only two glasses. We called for more, but they never came. I hope the resort gives guests a better experience in the future. Also, please provide some mosquito killer next time. Thanks.

The room was overpriced for the holiday and wasn’t clean. The beach was a bright spot, with a good view and clean surroundings. The resort pool was dirty, and maybe they were short staffed during the holiday rush. The restaurant was very slow too. We waited an hour for a meal, and they even mixed up the food.
